• Primary objectives: identify immune biomarkers predictive of pathological complete response (pCR) to immunotherapy in localized MSI colorectal cancer
• Secondary objectives:
  Testing the “BIPS” immune signature of pembrolizumab efficacy developed in lung cancer (Rochigneux, Cancer Research 2022, 10.1158/1078-0432.CCR-22-1386)
  Identify immune checkpoints co-regulated by pembrolizumab
